Areas We Serve
Mirpur covers a lot of ground and a lot of building types, from the older blocks around Mirpur 1 and 10 to the newer developments in Mirpur DOHS and Pallabi. The common thread across most of it is density: buildings close together, windows facing other windows across a narrow gap, and a real need for daytime privacy at close range.
That single fact drives most of what we fit here. A sunscreen blind that works beautifully on a tenth floor in Gulshan is the wrong choice across a twelve-foot gap in Mirpur, because there is no distance for the contrast to work with. Light-filtering fabric is usually the right answer instead — it keeps the room bright and stops the flat opposite from being part of the view.
Ceiling heights in the older blocks are lower, and windows are correspondingly shorter and wider. Short blinds are quick to make and quick to fit, which is why a whole flat here is often a single-visit job. Rooms above ground level on a busy road also get a lot of dust, so we steer people toward flat fabrics that wipe down rather than slats that need dusting twice a month.

Access is the variable here rather than the work itself. Narrow lanes mean we park on the main road and carry in, so we book a slot when the road is not at its worst and bring everything for the flat in one trip.
