Vertical Blinds

Fabric Vertical Blind

Light FilteringLiving RoomOfficeBedroom

From৳60per sq ft

  • Covers very wide openings with no fabric roll overhead.
  • Set the angle rather than the height: cut low sun without darkening the room.
  • Draws fully to one side, so a balcony door stays usable.
  • A damaged louvre is replaced on its own, not the whole blind.

Fabric Vertical Blind

Soft fabric louvres instead of rigid PVC, which changes how the blind behaves in a room people sit in: it hangs quietly, moves without clatter, and reads closer to a curtain than to office hardware.

The louvres turn together to set the angle, and draw to one side to clear the opening entirely. On a very wide window that is the whole argument for verticals — there is no weight winding onto a tube overhead.

Light Filtering: Softens daylight into an even glow. Shapes are visible through it, detail is not.

Frequently asked questions

What is the widest window a single blind can cover?
It depends on the mechanism, and every product page states its own limit in the specification table. Vertical blinds and veri shades go widest because the weight hangs from a track rather than winding onto a tube. A roller past about eight feet has to be made as two blinds sharing one bracket line — the calculator says so as soon as you enter a width that needs it, rather than surprising you on installation day.
Will a blind on a sliding door stop us using the door?
Not if it is the right type. Anything that rolls down in one piece has to be raised every time you walk through, which nobody keeps doing. Vertical blinds and veri shades draw sideways instead, so the panels stack at one end and the doorway is clear while the rest of the glass stays covered. Tell us which side you walk through and we will set the stack on the other one.
Do I measure inside the window frame or outside it?
Both are valid, and they give different results. An inside (reveal) mount looks tidier and keeps the sill usable, but a little light always escapes at the edges. An outside mount overlaps the frame by two to three inches on each side and is the only way to get a genuinely dark bedroom. Tell us which you want and measure accordingly — our /measure guide walks through both with the exact points to record.
How long does it take from order to installation?
Three days for a standard blind, five for a motorised one, counted from the day the order is confirmed to the day it is fitted. Those are working targets for stock fabric in Dhaka; a colour we have to bring in, or a very large made-to-order size, can add to them, and we tell you that when you order rather than afterwards.
